Prairie Sun Creations is committed to close involvement in the local community. Ways in which Sue Methuen has contributed over the years include:

Airdrie Chamber of Commerce
Member and volunteer since 1998. Donate time and expertise to create and maintain the Chamber web site. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2004 - 2006 as Membership Committee Chairperson. Business After Hours Events Chairperson for 2006 - 2007.
Calgary Chamber of Commerce
Member since 2005.
Airdrie Breakfast Club
Member since 2000. Elected as Secretary in 2002 and 2003. Elected as Chairperson in 2004.
Airdrie Food Bank
Donate time, expertise and financial assistance to create their custom web site (see Media).
North Rocky View Community Resource Centre
On the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2001 as Media Executive. Financial donation made when payment received was returned to further assist the centre's programs (see Media).
Airdrie Family Services
Offer various web site services at discounted rates. Received "You Make A Difference - Silver Donor Award" from Airdrie Family Services in 2004 and 2005 (see Media).
Supplies for Success
Financial contributions to their worthwhile endeavor.
Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta
Volunteered time to assist in the Junior Achievement's "Economics of Staying in School" program for Grade 9 students at George McDougall High School.
Ralph McCall School
Volunteer time each term to speak with grade 7 and 8 students in their "Basic Web Design" class.
Airdrie Festival of Lights
Donated time and expertise to create and maintain their web site, from 1998 to 2000. On-going support in annual Souvenir Program.
