Prairie Sun Creations respects the privacy of its subscribers, readers, clients and those who enter our contests and promotions. As part of our commitment to you, we want to clarify why we may ask for your personal information (such as your name, address, company name, e-mail address and phone number).

If you are a client, we collect personal information in order to set up an account, to maintain a satisfactory relationship and to provide you with ongoing service.

Occasionally we conduct online surveys and polls on a number of topics. We do this to understand our clients' needs and provide the best service possible. We will not share any personal information captured in a survey with any third parties without prior consent.

If you are a subscriber to our e-newsletter, we request your e-mail address and first name. The e-mail address is used to send you the newsletter and the first name is used to customize each e-mail with your name. The rest of the information is voluntary and is used to tailor our e-mails towards our subscribers' demographics. If you enter a contest or participate in a promotion, we collect personal information to undertake and administer the contest. In addition, if you enter a contest that involves providing information about your organization or web site, we will not send or share your information unless you have given us prior consent.

We will honor any request you may make to have access to or review your personal information that we have obtained as referred to above.
